weir_stacksList

List the STACKS — weir’s notes/files vault (authored markdown notes + dropped files, living as real files under /stacks/). Optional `path` scopes to a folder (recursively). Returns { count, folders:[…], entries:[{ id, path, uid, type:note|file, title, tags, missing, glass_id }] }. The `id` is a normal item id (stacks: ) — pass it to weir_getItem/weir_catalogItem/weir_setState. Stacks entries are also queryable via weir_queryItems({ feed: "Stacks" }).
