weir_getItem

Get one weir item by id: glass facets + description (if cataloged), the card's `card` authorship block (cataloger=provider:model, reviewer human|agent, by=identity, needs_review), item provenance (`added_by`, plus `tag_src`/`tag_by` = who applied each tag), and its knowledge-graph edges — `links` (what its body links to via [[ref]], resolved to {ref,id,title}) and `backlinks` (items whose body links to it). Pass content:true to include the extracted article/note text (capped 8k).
