weir_buildGazetteer

Bulk-populate SPATIAL containment from the vendored gazetteer (GLASS §7 thesaurus): the CC0 CIA World Factbook backbone (country→continent, capital→country) + a curated supplement (US states, major cities). Declares the broader/narrower edges so the faceted browser + weir_queryCatalog roll up — selecting a parent (e.g. japan) catches its subtree (tokyo, osaka). Deterministic + idempotent (re-running links only what is new). Inspect with weir_vocab({facet:"spatial"}). Returns { linked, total }.
