Partial edit of a stacks NOTE — change one part without rewriting the whole note (the way the agent Edit tool works). Address it by `path`. Either replace text: `find` (the exact string to locate) + `replace` (its replacement; omit/empty to delete the text) — `find` must be UNIQUE unless you pass replaceAll:true. OR append: `append` (a block added to the end of the note). Exact-string match; errors are explicit (find-not-found / find-not-unique), never silent. Identity (uid/created) and source-stamp are preserved. Notes only (not files). Returns { ok, id, path, uid, title, tags, markdown }.
