Source overview (compact — safe on a 400+ feed corpus). DEFAULT returns { feedCount, folders:[{category,feeds,inbox}], health:{failing,stale,…}, troubled:[…] } — folder summaries + a health tally + ONLY the non-healthy feeds (state/lastPolled/fails/lastError), so you can spot prune candidates without dumping everything. Pass `q` to FIND a feed by name/URL/id across ALL folders (the way to locate a specific feed) → { query, count, feeds:[…incl url] }. Pass `category` for the FULL per-feed list of one folder. Pair with weir_updateFeed / weir_removeFeed to curate, weir_queryItems({feed}) to drill in.
