weir_repoll

Force a fresh poll of one feed right now, bypassing conditional-GET so the full body re-parses even if nothing changed — re-derives titles, picks up edits. The clean way to refresh a feed (does NOT reset validators or schedule, unlike changing the URL). Use it to heal a microblog feed reading as "(untitled)", or to pull a feed immediately. Returns { id, inserted, updated, skipped } or { error }.
