The knowledge graph around an item OR stacks note (GLASS §10): its ratified `related` edges — outgoing + backlinks — PLUS on-demand SUGGESTIONS (set suggest:false to skip) from facet co-occurrence, each carrying the shared facet terms (the "why") and a score, PLUS the soft `wikilinks` layer (resolved [[name]] cross-references + who annotates this, navigable without ratification). Pass an item id (from weir_queryItems), a glass_id, or a stacks PATH (e.g. "gcu/README.md"). An uncataloged note has no ratified edges yet but still shows its wikilinks. Suggestions/wikilinks are NOT edges until ratified via weir_relate.
