weir_renameFeed

Re-key a feed's ID (not its display name — use weir_updateFeed for the name). A feed id is load-bearing: the adapter mints item ids as ` : ` every poll, and content files, tombstones, and catalog cards are addressed by it. This migrates ALL of that in lockstep (relocating content; nothing is data-deleted) and preserves read/saved/tags. Use it to clean up an id that was auto-derived from a bad name — e.g. a feed that landed on the generic host slug `bsky-app`. The newId is slugified; a collision with an existing id is rejected. Returns { renamed, from, items, tombstones }.
