One-shot cleanup: normalize the agent's historical authorship stamps to the unified `source:agent` tier — tags previously marked 'llm' and relation edges marked 'claude' (both meant Claude) become 'agent'. Pass `backfillBooks` (an identity string, e.g. "claude:librarian") to ALSO repair agent-proposed book holdings whose `added_by` was stripped by the pre-fix makeItem bug — identified by their `web-proposed` tag — so they re-enter the review queue. Idempotent and safe to re-run; nothing is deleted. Returns { migrated: { tags, edges, books } }.
