Set read / saved / archived (each a boolean; pass only the ones to change) — on ONE item (`id`), a LIST of specific items (`ids`: an array — applied in one atomic pass, the right way to flip many known items at once), or every item matching a query (pass q/feed/category/type/view/unread/saved — e.g. archive a dead feed, mark a folder read). A query bulk call REQUIRES a scoping filter (no accidental whole-corpus change). All reversible — archive never deletes (weir_unarchiveAll reverses a sweep). Returns the item (id mode) or { matched, patch, missing? } (ids/query mode).
