weir_recover

Recover a dead/truncated feed's lost history from the Internet Archive (Wayback Machine): finds old snapshots of the feed URL, re-parses their items, and stores them — archived history preserved, nothing deleted. Default QUEUES feed(s) into a gentle background drip (one IA request every few minutes, resumes across restarts) — the right tool for a batch of dead feeds; `now:true` recovers a single feed immediately as a throttled burst and returns counts (good for proving one feed before queuing many). Scope by id, ids[], or category. Returns recovery counts (now) or drip status (queued). Pairs with never-delete: recover the data, keep the feed, don't prune.
