weir_reEnrich

Rework saved links: clear their enriched flag so the background resolver re-fetches + re-applies metadata (title/thumbnail/excerpt). `weakTitles:true` re-does only links with a weak title (e.g. "Source: Hackaday" → real og:title); `all:true` re-does every saved link. Already-resolved urls are re-fetched directly (fast, no share.google throttle). Returns { queued, pending }.
