REPAIR (semantic) — validate, then apply the prescribed repairs THROUGH the other WebMCP tools (populate_zones for missing elements, create_path for cut-off zones, move_piece off paths / away from overlaps / into zones, orient_piece for wrong facings, create_environment for a bare edge, create_focal_point, remove_piece for misplaced kinds), most important first, up to max (default 6), then validate again. Never rebuilds the scene. Returns before/after scores, what was applied, and what remains. Loop validate_scene → repair_scene until complete.
