Create one hierarchy group without fusing geometry. On a new multi-body object, wrap the members under one named parent so later scale/move/rotate is a single set_transform. When the members share a parent assembly group, the new group is nested under that same parent (not promoted to the scene root). Pass name for the Layers folder label. Needs two or more members — wrapping one nested solid is not how you split for print.
