Union parts or attach existing tool parts as LIVE subtractive operands under targetPartId. Creating a cutter alone does not cut anything. After subtracting, KEEP tool parts under their host: delete_parts on a cutter removes the opening. Subtract overlapping primitives to isolate curved-shell segments; do not flatten those segments into an extruded outline.
