Move, turn or resize ONE individual mesh - lift a wing mirror off, rotate a wheel rim, shrink a door handle. Offsets are relative to the part’s rest position in model units (one unit is about 0.88 m), so the part keeps riding its assembly when a door swings or the car explodes. Absolute, not cumulative: sending the same offset twice leaves it in one place. Pass reset:true to put it back. Get part ids from list_car_parts.
