Bring something attached to a forum post or comment back into this chat: one of its WIDGETS (shown as the same interactive card), one of its PICTURES (shown here, and you then see the picture itself rather than its one-line description) or one of its PDFs (the user gets a link to it and you get its text). getPost lists what a post and each of its comments has, in order — `widgets`, `pictures`, `files` — and `index` is the position in that list, starting at 0. Use it when the user asks to see, show again or bring back an attachment, and whenever answering needs you to actually look at a picture or read a PDF. A long PDF comes in pieces: call again with `offset` to read on.
