readPageMarkdown

Read a slice of previously fetched markdown by offset. Call getPageMarkdown first; if hasMore is true, use this tool to read further chunks. Returns the next slice and whether more remains. The page is already fetched and cached, so reading on is cheap — for a long transcript or article you intend to summarize, pass length: 10000 and keep reading until hasMore is false rather than stopping early. `url` is optional — omit it to continue reading whichever page getPageMarkdown most recently fetched (only needed if you've since fetched a second page and want to go back to an earlier one).
