Highlight one or more DOM elements with a pulsing ring so the user can see what the assistant is referring to. Accepts any CSS selector. Scrolls the first match into view. Auto-clears after durationMs (default 4000ms; pass 0 to keep until clearHighlights is called). IMPORTANT: if the element is inside a collapsed accordion or hidden panel (e.g. a recipe phase that is not expanded), it will have zero dimensions and the highlight will be invisible. In that case, first use clickElement on the accordion toggle (e.g. '[data-phase-index="2"] button') to expand it, then call highlightElement on the content inside.
