removeCarouselSlide

Remove one or more slides from the carousel you just made — e.g. the user says a slide is weak, redundant or not wanted ('drop slide 3', 'remove the last two'). Free and instant: nothing is regenerated or re-billed; the remaining slides, the font, the format and their narration are kept, the page numbers update, and the updated carousel is shown. Pass 1-based slide numbers. The last remaining slide can't be removed. Use this instead of calling generateCarousel again. (The user can also remove a slide themselves with the button in the slide viewer.)
