searchForums

Search the forums by keyword: matches approved forums (name, title, description) and approved posts (title, body, forum) — every word of the query must appear. Returns forums with their post counts and posts with an excerpt, the forum, the author's nickname and a url. Use it to find where a topic is discussed or who wrote about it (then getUserProfile on the author for their bio and bouncer rule) — e.g. before helping the user write to someone or comment. Read-only. Unlike searchPosts, this takes a text query.
