getPost

Return one post's full detail (title, body, forum, author, tips, moderation reason, the AI-written description of any pictures) plus its comments, paginated (oldest first), each with its author's name (authorName) so you can say who said what. Read it before drafting a comment so the comment answers what it actually says, and to summarise a thread: when comments.hasMore is true, call it again with commentsOffset = offset + the number returned until you have read them all (or say you only read part).
