edm_export_recovery

Capture and request a download of readable original logical text and diagnostics from the connected or failed storage source in edm_workflow_context.recovery. Check its location, which can differ from the active workbench after a failed storage switch. Does not repair, restore, delete, initialize, validate revisions or execute posts. Omissions and non-atomic reads are explicit. Returns an archive receipt, not file contents or proof that the browser saved it. Set downloadPrepared:true to retry the captured download without rereading storage.
