Construct and measure a closed analytic line/arc profile from ordered local-mm start/steps. Keeps signed major/minor arcs; adds a final straight closing edge if needed. Rejects ambiguous, crossing or zero-area geometry. Insert returned geometry with cad_edit_document using cad_describe_features(kind=sketch). No edits.
