Read exact regionSelection reference JSON in UTF-16 chunks; concatenate until nextOffset=null. Give boundaryProfileId for an unchanged contour, or nonempty unique cellIds for one packed graph-cells selection; cell IDs are read-only locators, never saved topology. Pin version, sketch, mode and the identical optional proposal from cad_inspect_sketch_regions for every chunk. Source preflight only. Full sketch: cad_describe_features(kind=sketch). No edits.
