cad_import_document
Import a complete validated wireedm-cad document as a NEW unsaved draft with a fresh identity. Call cad_describe_features for complete feature schemas; the compact feature envelope does not relax validation. Uses the visible CAD JSON Import operation; preserves expressions and feature IDs, never overwrites saved CAD. Refuses unsaved CAD/CAM drafts, stale versions and active workflows. Typed declarative CAD data only, not executable source.
