Merge a nonempty map of existing parameter keys into one saved scenario, or copy its complete definition to an unused copyAs.id/name and merge there. Every other process, arrival, resource, schedule, physical definition and condition is retained; other scenarios and frozen options/studies stay unchanged. Makes the saved scenario active. Validates values, expressions, places and workspace limits before one atomic save through the same host, revision, mutation lock, operationId and Undo path as put_process_scenario. A changed definition invalidates the latest live run; archived results are retained, not reevaluated. Returns only the saved scenario summary, activeId, actual old/new parameter changes, optional copy source and warnings. Free; does not run a simulation. An unchanged already-active definition needs no new Undo entry.
