get_proposal_packet
One self-contained HTML page for a client, from the drawn model of the alternatives (floors, the base first): a cover, the same views of every alternative side by side, the scaled 2D drawing of each, a table of quantities with the difference from the base, what changed (as compare_areas), what the figures rest on (the source and note of each part, the assumptions), the geometry check (check_space, unless includeCheck is false) and any saved computed comparisons (compare_process_options; Pro). It prints to PDF from the browser (A4); its pictures use the light paper theme and solid style unless theme or mode says otherwise. It states no cost, revenue, sales or visitor forecast and leaves out any section with nothing behind it. Over the 1 MB link limit it comes in pieces: content holds one piece with nextOffset; call again with offset=nextOffset until it is null, join the pieces in order and check the SHA-256. Save the joined text as a .html file (with three alternatives it is about 0.8 MB, pictures included: smaller width, height and quality shrink it, and pictures=false leaves them out for a text-only packet of some 10 KB; the user can also save the same page from Studio’s Export menu, Proposal packet). Read-only; free; no AI call.

Input schema
| Property | Type | Required | Description |
|---|---|---|---|
floors |
array | no | The alternatives, as floor area IDs, the base first (present, then plan A, plan B). Left out: the floor areas of the active level. |
views |
array | no | Which views: overview, plan (the scaled 2D drawing), entrance, reception, seating, stage. Left out: all of them that the floor areas have the parts for. |
title |
string | no | — |
preparedFor |
string | no | One line under the title: who it is for or by. |
language |
string | no | — |
pictures |
boolean | no | false leaves out every picture and drawing: only the tables and text (some 10 KB for three alternatives, small enough to read in a conversation). With them a packet of three alternatives is about 0.8 MB. |
includeCheck |
boolean | no | Run check_space on every alternative and add its summary. false leaves the section out. |
includeComparisons |
boolean | no | Add the saved computed comparisons (compare_process_options; they exist only where a Pro run was saved). None saved: none added. |
maxMove |
number | no | — |
width |
integer | no | — |
height |
integer | no | — |
quality |
number | no | — |
theme |
string | no | — |
mode |
string | no | — |
offset |
integer | no | Read in pieces from this UTF-16 offset: 0, then each nextOffset. A packet over the 1 MB link limit comes in pieces (the same way as get_process_comparison). |
maxCharacters |
integer | no | — |
