find_in_transcript
Find where a phrase is spoken. Returns each match with its SOURCE start/end seconds — exact to the word when the transcript has word timings, otherwise the containing cue. Feed the times to cut_source_ranges to remove that speech, or to add_to_timeline (converted through the item's in-point) to place a title where it is said.
