One subtitle file from the timeline's caption items — every caption item when itemIds is empty, or just those — timed as the captions fall on the timeline, so it lines up with the rendered video (times "source" keeps the original file's times; one transcript only). SRT, WebVTT or plain text (the words alone). Written into Exports; fetch the returned URL.
