add_media_from_url

Bring a video or audio file into the media library. url is a public http(s) URL, or a data: URL (base64; 24 MB decoded at most) when you hold the bytes — a voice-over a tool returned, say. Sniffed on arrival: mp4, m4v, mov, webm, mkv, avi, wav, mp3, m4a, aac, flac, ogg, opus. It is probed and the reply gives the filename to use as sourceId. Anything larger: host it, or ask the person to drop the file in.
