Replace what is said in a window of SOURCE time: cues wholly inside go, cues crossing an edge are cut at it, the new cues are put in. This is how the words of a re-voiced part are updated — captions on that footage recompile. Edited cues have no word timings (karaoke falls back to plain). Not part of undo_edit; undo_transcript_edit reverts it.
