get_frequency_response
Return the open-loop stability margins: gain margin in dB and as a linear factor, phase margin in degrees, and both crossover frequencies in rad/s. Both crossovers are located by bisection, so they are exact rather than read off a plot. Use this to judge robustness and how much more gain the loop can tolerate before it goes unstable.
