set_chunk_meta
Set one chunk's label, speaker notes or hidden flag — this CHANGES THE DECK the human is looking at. `label` is the sidebar and tab name; `notes` is presenter text that never renders; hidden:true takes a fold out of the show without deleting it, and set_chunk_meta({chunkId, hidden:false}) is the ONLY way back for a fold delete_chunk hid. Fields you do not pass are left alone ("" clears). Content and kind are untouched. One undo step.
