SEE THE DECK YOU CANNOT SEE. Lays the open Fold out in a real browser, off-screen, reports each fold's geometry and names four defects it can PROVE: OVERFLOW, masthead CLIP, EMPTY fold, SVG label COLLISION. Stated viewport, 1280x720 default. Read `outcome` first: clean | defects | unknown — unknown = something was NOT measured; never ship on unknown. `clean` is true only for a clean WHOLE deck. Too big for the 15s budget? It answers with the folds it reached plus `remeasure`: pass that back as `foldIds` (or use `maxFolds`) to measure a subset directly.
