Create a NEW Fold and OPEN IT IN THIS TAB. It renders immediately. Call this FIRST when building from nothing, then add folds with add_fold and finish with save_deck. The single fold it mints is a real COVER carrying your title (plus subtitle/eyebrow if given) — there is no placeholder text to overwrite or delete, so do NOT add a cover fold of your own. foldType: "deck" (default) | "scroll" (long-form document) | "ledger". If a Fold with UNSAVED changes is already open this refuses; pass discard:true to replace it anyway.
