move_chunk

Move one chunk to a different place in the open Fold — this CHANGES THE DECK the human is looking at and re-renders it. `position` is the 0-based index the chunk ENDS UP at, counting hidden folds. Order only: no content, label or kind is touched. A position outside the deck is REFUSED rather than clamped, so a wrong index never silently means "last". One undo step.
