get_recorder_state

Return what the Camera is doing right now: idle, armed with a live preview, or recording, how many seconds into the take it is, and the teleprompter script loaded into it with the exact line they are on. Check this before suggesting anything. Someone mid-take cannot read a paragraph of advice, and you cannot start or stop a recording yourself.
