get_prompter_state

Return what the teleprompter is showing at this instant: the line the speaker is on, its shot direction, how far through the script they are, and whether it is scrolling or paused. Only meaningful while the prompter is up. If it is running, the person is mid-performance: keep any answer to one short sentence, or say nothing.
