orbit_camera

Nudge the camera relative to where it is now. Use this to walk around the vehicle a few degrees at a time rather than guessing an absolute pose. Keeps whatever frame_part centred on, but leaves the named view preset and stops the ISO drift, so the resulting pose is reproducible. Distance is clamped to 1.2-22 m, so a zoom past either end returns the clamped distance rather than the one requested — read distance_m back from the reply.
