list_visible_parts

What the camera can see right now: a grid of rays through the sheet, first surface hit per ray, tallied by component. Returns each visible component with the percentage of the sheet it covers, where its visible area sits on the sheet (0..1 from the left and from the top) and its nearest distance; plus how much of the sheet the vehicle fills. Use it to know what a person is looking at before explaining it, or to confirm a frame_part landed. Reads the sheet's own part-id buffer, so it honours the dissolved shell and open panels.
