set_item_source

Re-tag a placed item’s ownership through the same store action as the UI: source "existing" marks it as already owned (never counted toward the budget), source "marketplace" marks it as a new purchase (counted). Locked items may be re-tagged (the lock only guards removal and replacement); setting the current source is a no-op success. Budget pricing and validation refresh in the same write. Returns the item with its source, refreshed pricing (newTotal, budget, remaining, overBudget), and current layout validity and issues. Unknown instances fail with item_not_found.
