resize_room

Resize the room to real measured dimensions: width, depth, and height in meters (supported ranges: see get_room_state room.resizeLimits). Openings stay on their walls and placement zones rebuild with the room; an opening whose wall became too short is removed and reported. Furniture is never moved - pieces left outside the new walls become out-of-bounds layout errors. Returns the new dimensions, floor area in m2, removed opening ids, pricing, and layout validity.
