save_design

Capture the current design (room, placed items with their color variants, budget, room appearance) as a saved snapshot with the given name through the same store action as the UI; saved designs can be restored later with load_design. The live design is unchanged. Returns the snapshot metadata: id, name, creation and update timestamps, budget, item count, marketplace total and room appearance at save time, and the number of designs saved this session.
