get_disasters

Disasters: this city's intensity setting, the warnings currently counting down (storms and floods announce themselves hours ahead, fires never do), the events striking right now with the tiles they cover, how many tiles are damaged, and what repairs cost per tick. A damaged tile is out of service until it is repaired: plants stop generating, power lines stop conducting, buildings go dark. Use a warning to prepare — fill storage, charge the hydrogen tanks, or buy over the link.
