remove_pvi
Remove a PVI by its 1-based index. ⛔ DESTRUCTIVE: its station, elevation and vertical curve are gone. This removal can be reversed with `undo_last_change` while it remains an unconfirmed agent change. Preview first. The first and last PVI define the profile's span, so removing one normally leaves the profile no longer matching the alignment.
