sandbox_remove_design_item
Take an item out of a named list of the design, with what the Settings panel does to its uses: a callout style's children take its look over (and its parent, if it had one), so no box changes; a palette colour's settings keep the colour it gave them, no longer linked to the palette; a comics balloon style leaves the cast members who spoke in it with the default balloon. The other lists (labelStyles, tableStyles, scoreStyles, paragraphStyles, headingStyles, chipStyles, markStyles, frameLooks, exerciseStyles, comics.panelStyles, comics.cast) lose the item only: what names it falls back as the panel says. Page templates, frames and groups are removed with sandbox_set_config (a null value). One step for sandbox_undo.
