sandbox_answer

Answer the dialog the Sandbox opens when a link names a book the reader already has their own version of (sandbox_get_state reports it as question, and ready stays false until it is answered): replaceCopy: false opens the reader's version, as closing the dialog does; replaceCopy: true replaces it with the published one, which deletes their copy and its changes for good — ask the reader first. dismissNotice: true clears the message of the Books panel (notice in sandbox_get_state). Answers with the book on screen afterwards and its pages.
