Requests access to Negative Zero's NDA-gated security documents — "Penetration Testing" or "Product Roadmap" (see get_trust_center_summary for what each contains). This opens a support ticket reviewed by a person; access is granted case by case after NDA review and is never automatic, so the documents are NOT returned by this tool. Requires a WORK email (personal webmail is rejected). The user gets a confirmation email with a reference id; the security team replies within 1 business day. Before calling, confirm the exact details with the user and that they want this submitted — it creates a record and sends email.
