Generates Negative Zero's Cyber Essentials readiness report (PDF and/or Excel) from the user's answers to all 12 readiness questions and emails it to them immediately, with an executive summary and a link to book a call. Also opens a sales record so an assessor can follow up. Requires a WORK email (personal webmail is rejected). Use get_ce_question_set for the questions and assess_ce_readiness to preview the result first; all 12 answers are required here. Before calling, confirm the exact details with the user and that they want this submitted — it creates a record and sends email. Returns a reference id for check_request_status.
